Honestly, who doesn't like to eat and drink? The easy part is eating, but often where many people get stuck with cooking is the HOW and the WHAT. While this section will not teach you how to be the next Giada, you can expect to gain tasty recipes and the know-how to prepare lots of healthy and some indulgent food and drinks.
In general, my food selections come down to flavor. Healthy, plant-based foods are a staple in my diet and I think it is important to show the world how tasty that can be. That being said, food and drink are also meant to nourish us, in all areas. Sometimes the soul needs a whole wheat coconut apple muffin, or a bowl of tomato basil soup. Other times our body needs a protein packed citrus baked cod or a punch of produce found in a salted grapefruit salad.
Drinks are important too. Now it is important to note, that I do not consume alcohol. But that doesn't mean what I drink has to be boring! From mocktails to Kombucha, and other fermented, probiotic treats, beverages connect us to the most important element our body needs: water.
